Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.
  • Shipping Notification: When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to keep you updated on its progress.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a standard shipping option to accommodate your needs. The shipping cost will be a set $7 regardless of your location and shipment size.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our Warehouse located in Port Jefferson Station, NY (11776).

  • Delivery Times: Local deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Orders are generally delivered within 1-2 business days after purchase.
  • Delivery Hours: Our delivery team operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We are looking into expanding our services, so please check back for international shipping updates.


Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up a package, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping at your cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging your items securely, sometimes accidents happen. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
