We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we offer easy returns within 14 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Return request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
How to Make a Return
- Online returns: If you prefer to return by mail, please contact us at Babes@roseandboom.com with your order details to receive a return authorization. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns via mail, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a store credit. Store credits will be added to your online customer account and will be offered as a form of payment at checkout during your next purchase. You will receive an email as soon as store credit is applied to your customer account.
